Alex Stitt

Alex is an architect with a relentless passion for design. His passion is as diverse as his background, which includes work on various sizes and types of projects all over the world. From graphic design, architectural and urban design, and from award-winning single family residential to large scale commercial and planning projects. He also believes that timeless and harmonious design is as much about craftsmanship and user happiness as it is about external beauty.

Since a young age, Alex has been fascinated by the built environment. Beyond an obsession with Lego, a construction course in high school gave him the opportunity to be part of a team building a large house. To this day that experience of materials coming together on site, installed primarily by hand remains with him every time he puts pen to paper.

In his free time Alex enjoys hanging out with his wife, two children, dogs and backyard chickens. He also enjoys woodworking, hiking, camping, trail running, skiing, biking and reliving his glory days playing rec league ice hockey.
