EVERGREEN FEDERAL BANK
Ashland, Oregon
The Ashland branch of Evergreen Federal Bank features a 6,100 square foot single-story building designed to reflect a contemporary mountain lodge aesthetic, with steep pitched roofs, vaulted ceilings and materials that include exposed wood beams and columns, cedar siding and real stacked stone. The Ashland branch is a full-service facility and includes both automated and personal-assisted drive through lanes, six teller stations, seven private offices and a conference room. In helping with the client’s goal of becoming the first net-zero bank in Oregon, the project includes on-site tracking solar arrays which are manufactured locally.
